Bockos Gold is our 2026 BOYLE Sports Irish Greyhound Derby champion.
Trained by Graham Holland and his family and team in Riverside Kennels in Golden, Co. Tipperary, Bockos Gold made history in Shelbourne Park on Saturday 12th September.
Bockos Gold is the fastest ever Irish Greyhound Derby winner, recording a win time of 29.05.
In 2025 following his win with Cheap Sandwiches, trainer Graham Holland, became the first trainer to win 5 Irish Greyhound Derby titles. In 2026 he went one better and now holds the record for the most Irish Greyhound Derby successes with six titles.
Graham has trained 6 BOYLE Sports Irish Greyhound Derby winners - Rural Hawaii, Lenson Bocko, Newinn Taylor, Bockos Diamond, Cheap Sandwiches and Bockos Gold.
Bockos Gold is owned by the London based Jolly Good Company Syndicate which is made up of Beverly Lochead and her partner Graham Box and Thomas McNamara and his son Ciaran.
