This week we took Ian Fortune down the road to Kilkenny to meet a maestro of greyhound racing and fresh from not only victory across the water at the English Derby victory but back at home at the Irish Oaks.

Training greyhounds since 1988, Ian sat down with Paul Hennessy to find out how it all began and to look back at what has been a glittering career!
