Not long after capturing the Celtic Cooling Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Open Unraced at Shelbourne Park on Saturday evening, it was confirmed that the winner Ballymac Pacman is set to join Kevin Boon.

Graham Box, who owns the hugely exciting son of Ballymac Cooper and Ballymac Art along with his partner Bev Lochead, confirmed that he will continue his racing career in the UK.

Given his brilliant early speed, the half brother to Ballymac Setanta looks certain to be a success around the sharper tracks across the water and it would be something of a surprise if he didn’t develop into a Category 1 challenger. We wish Ballymac Pacman and his connections the best going forward.
