Owned by Thomas O’Keeffe, the even-money favourite was last early and he looked in trouble as Post Robyn shot clear up front. The strong running winner tracked beautifully around the opening bends and once he moved into second, it was race on. The early leader still had a healthy advantage at halfway, but Daleroad Magic powered home to land the spoils. A 28.36 winning display, a length clear of the fast finishing Polish Champ.

MOORSTOWN KENNELS A3 500 FINAL

In the €2,000 to the winner Moorstown Kennels A3 500 Final, it was Magical Marty who came home in front for Patrick Guilfoyle.

Owned by the Westwell Racing Club syndicate, the 6-4 second favourite hit the front at the opening corner and from there, he was always in control. Displaying massive back straight speed to take control, the impressive winner raced six and a half lengths clear of Saleen Jak Jak, in 26.86.
