The new Barking Buzz platform is now live, and we’re delighted to see so many of you exploring the upgraded experience on Web and Apple IOS.

As expected, we are currently experiencing high volumes of calls and messages following the launch of the new Barking Buzz platform. We kindly ask customers to please be patient during this transitionary period as our team works hard to respond to all queries as quickly as possible.

If you are a legacy customer, just a reminder on how to get started:

How to Access Your Account:

  1. Log in using your existing account details.
  2. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address.
  3. If your KYC documentation is already on file and up to date, you’ll be automatically sent a new password.
  4. If your KYC is incomplete or out of date, you’ll receive a request to submit updated documents to our Customer Care Team.

From now on, your login will be your email address and the newly issued password.
