TRAINER Jack Kennelly enjoyed a fantastic double in the quarter finals of the Lee Strand A3 550 at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium on Friday night.

Oreo Ollie got the ball rolling in the opening heat as the 2-5 market leader ran out a wide margin winner for owners the Random Bag Syndicate. Displaying big early speed, punters who took the short odds never had a moment's worry as the in-form tracker recorded back-to-back wins in great. A 29.98 winning run, seven lengths clear of Toolate Tomorrow.

Baby Dont Dally followed up on last week's winning effort with another fine run to land the Kennelly double. Owned by the Patsy Browne Boys Syndicate, the 4-6 favourite took control of the race early and in truth, the outcome was never in any doubt. Another outstanding run, clocking 29.81 and six and a half lengths clear of Get Cold Feet.

The quickest run of the round came in the closing heat as Headleys Trump was another to make it two straight wins for Nick Cotter. The 4-5 favourite showed plenty of early dash and in the end, he just held the fast finishing Killacolla Hill, by a neck, in 29.74.

In heat three, Millridge Lena scored for Donal O'Mahony. Winning the all-important early lead, the 12-1 outsider went on to beat Tatafornow, by a length and a half, in 30.24.
