FENWICK CONFIRMS FESTIVAL INTEREST WITH ZENITH DUO

Ian Fortune

We have already reported that Zenith Pasha was a planned visitor for the Winter Racing Festival.

He has since gone onto finish a close second to his older full sister Droopys Flare in the St Leger and is now firmly established as one of the UK’s very best.

In recent weeks, his kennel companion Zenith Boom has also created some headlines, clocking a fastest of the year 41.34 for the 680m trip at Nottingham. A half-brother to the sensational stayer Mongys Bale, he looks a serious prospect and Jimmy Fenwick, who is lucky to train both, confirmed to the Racing Post yesterday that he plans to bring both back to Shelbourne Park.

Zenith Pasha will be entered for the WRF Championship 750, while Zenith Boom will be aimed at the 850yd contest on the night.
