EXPECT A DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE FROM LENNIES

LENNIES DYNAMIC, knocked out in round three of the Derby last weekend, can make a winning Curraheen Park debut in tonight's ninth race at the Cork track. 

Trained by Paul Hennessy for owners the Cocoman-Lee-Ash-Syndicate, the classy performer is no stranger to big performances, and he could well be a leading player in the upcoming Irish Greyhound Laurels, which is only a couple of weeks away. 

There are a couple of smart sorts in the line-up, but if the selection produces one of his quickest starts, he should be hard to beat. He's a previous 28.05 winner around Limerick, and he ran well in the early rounds of the Derby. It's also worth mentioning that he clocked 17.14 in a sprint trial around Curraheen Park back in early July. 

Slippery Brian, trained by Graham Holland for Larry Dunne, is another with plenty of speed, and he should be in the mix. He's another that caught the eye in the early rounds of the Derby. Elsewhere in the line-up, trainer Adam Dunford is represented with two smart sorts; however, Fantast Adam could be the best of his in what looks like the race of the night.

The Davy O'Brien Memorial A2/A3 got off to a flying start last weekend, with Liam Murphy's Barnfield Jigger the star of the show. He delivered a career-best performance, showing all sorts of speed to win, in 28.44. 

The selection will take plenty of stopping in the opening heat; however, he will need to come away on terms. He can be hit or miss at the traps, but with a level break, it will take a big run to turn him over. Bernie Connolly has two in the line-up, with the Carefree Captain the pick. Drawn well along the inside of the track, a big run is expected in this.

The semi-finals of the Barking Buzz App Mini Open 525 are expected to produce two fantastic runs. In the opening heat, Faypoint Midnite can make it three straight wins for trainer Graham Holland and owner Patricia Flanagan. The November puppy impressed on debut, and he took another step forward next time out, winning in 28.39 around Shelbourne Park. He's drawn well in trap two, and he has the early pace to make all the running. 

Enoch Bark, trained by Kieran Lynch for owners the Premier Rebel Lads Syndicate, is another exciting talent. The big local runner has delivered two fine winning performances in recent weeks, clocking 28.63 and 28.53. He overcame what looked like a tricky draw last week, and he's another that has plenty of early gears. He should give the selection most to think about.

In the second heat, Graham Holland can strike again, this time with the James Cambell-owned Titanic Brads. A 28.65 winner around course and distance last time out, he is selected to make all the running once more.
