Those keeping account of the rankings over the past decade or more won’t be shocked to see the name of Derek Kehoe topping the list of the most prolific owners of 2025.
With an incredible 207 winners from 1208 runners, he was making it eleven years on the bounce as the leading owner on Irish soil.
It’s a remarkable tally and achievement. Just 114 behind was Liam Dowling in second with a whopping 93 winners, while Paul Whyte and Anthony Hamilton finished joint third with 78 winners each.
There was another tie for fifth with Donie O’Mahoney and Liam Twomey both sending out 69 winners.
