This Friday’s action at Kilkenny will feature semis of the €28,000 Champion Open Unraced and the final of The €7,000 Georgie Leahy Memorial A3 525.
It will also act as a fundraiser for James Stephens GAA Club and it seems safe to expect a large turnout.
There will be NO Racing the following Friday, April 24th. Instead, racing will take place on Sunday, April 26th, featuring the final of the Champion Open Unraced. The night will also act as a fundraiser for ScoilBhride National School in Goresbridge.
The opening race on the night is scheduled for 7.30pm. There will be no trials on Friday, April 24th or Sunday, April 26th. All other trial times for the week will be run as normal.
UPCOMING EVENTS
Entries are invited for an A4 Stake starting Friday, May 1st.
It is for 24 greyhounds and boasts a winner’s prize of €1,250.
The Carl Rotheram Electrical A2/A3 525 Sweepstake is scheduled to start Friday, May 8th.
This is for 36 greyhounds (Back-graders allowed) and features a winner’s purse of €3,000.
The Peter Meaney Memorial ON2 Sweepstake will start on Friday, May 15th.
It’s for 24 unraced greyhounds and is worth €1,600 to the winner.
