The new Barking Buzz platform is now live, and we’re delighted to see so many of you exploring the upgraded experience.

Unfortunately, we are aware that some customers are experiencing an issue with deposits to their accounts, meaning that some people may be unable to add money to their Barking Buzz account.

We are working with our payment gateway provider to resolve this issue.
