Bogger Lucky ran a huge race for Liam Peacock to chase home Clonbrien Treaty in the final of the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial at Limerick, but less than two hours up the road his Bogger Dusty was going one better in the semi-finals of the Blackstone Kennels A2 525.

The son of Droopys Biker and Mustang Sift again set the pace as he led early to see off Johnnys Gem by six lengths in 29.03. Kilgraney Saint was another three and a half length adrift in third.

The other heat saw Watch The Limo justifying odds-on favouritism for Michael O’Donovan and owners Paul Reid and Paul Horig.

The son of Droopys Sydney and Limini led from the turn to come home two and a half lengths clear of Kapuka Warrior in 29.11. Foyle Amy was the third qualifier, a further length back.
