Swords Rex produced a terrific performance in the second round of the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial at Limerick last Saturday night and that performance has seen Graham Holland’s charge installed as a new market leader.
Swords Rex clocked a fastest of the round 28.20 when seeing off the hugely fast Droopys Edison and he is now 5/1 clear favourite with BoyleSports for Kirby glory. However, BresBet cannot split both Swords Rex and the impressive Deadly Showtime, who produced another polished display at the weekend,and they have installed both greyhounds as 9/2 shots heading into this weekend’s quarter finals.
