JAYPEES COOPER (King Elvis-Ballymac Merkle), trained by Shaun Conway for owners the St Patricks Valencia Crew Syndicate, delivered a foot performance display to win the feature at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium on Friday night, the €5,000 to the winner John & Mary Killeacle Dowling Dowling Memorial A1 570 Final.
After a couple of decent performances in defeat in recent weeks, the 8-1 outsider, drawn out in trap five, picked the right night to produce a flying start. Once slipping around in front, it was always going to take something special to reel the strong-running winner in.
Daleroad Best gave it a good go, and he got within a length at halfway; however, the winner kicked again up front, staying on strongly, it was a fantastic winning run, in 30.71. A fourth career success for the talented winner, five lengths clear of Daleroad Best, with just half a length back to Deerjet Matilda in third.

BALLYMAC FINN @ STUD A2 FINAL
Trained by Patrick O'Connor for owner Barry Cashman, it was all about Ballyverry Paris (King Sheeran-Unmatched) in the final of the €1,100 to the winner Ballymac Finn @ Stud A2 Final. The 3-1 shot came away racing from trap five, soon on total control up front; it was a race against the clock. Ballinveala Jet displayed a lot of pace in behind, but it was won early by the improving July puppy. That's two wins in just four career starts, clocking 28.39 and three lengths clear of the Jet.
BALLYMAC COOPER @ STUD A5 FINAL
In the €900 to the winner Ballymac Cooper @ Stud A5 Final, Canyoutell (Ballymac Cashout-Capetown) came home in front for trainer Jack Kennelly and owners Peter O'Connor and Patrick Herlihy. The September puppy displayed lovely early speed to lead, and the 2-1 winner went on to record back-to-back winning performances. A 29.07 winning run, a length and a half clear of Ballinabola Tom in second place.
A fantastic night of racing, with additional prize money and trophies throughout the night. A huge thanks once again to the Dowling family for the wonderful sponsorship.
