In our 3rd episode, Simon Taylor, owner of Newinn Taylor and Newinn Session, speaks to Barry about his recent success which included the Produce Stakes and talks about the upcoming Irish Greyhound Derby.

He also spoke about his introduction to greyhound racing and how he was once gave a butcher a dog to train after arriving at his premises to buy meat while on holiday.
