SYD FAVOURITE FOR CHAMPION UNRACED

Broadstrand Syd was so impressive in his last two outings in the Champion Open Unraced Stakes at Kilkenny and is understandably a warm favourite to land the valuable competition on Sunday evening.

The Johnny Linehan trained star is 5-4 with Boylesports, just ahead of Moanteen Wildcat at 7-4.

Greenmount Ble and Ballymac Thelad will both be finishing fast and have been put in at 6-1 with Lion Heart and Julies Gem the outsiders of the party at 10-1 and 14-1.
