HILL AND ICE INSEPARABLE IN MARATHON BETTING

After two hugely competitive semi-finals of the Shelbourne Marathon over the 850yd trip, BOYLE Sports have been unable to separate Killacolla Hill and Priceless On Ice at the head of the market with both available at 2-1.

Priceless On Ice set the standard in the semi-finals, coming through to beat Magical Poppet, while Killacolla Hill had to overcome plenty of traffic to finish third in the opening heat. She seems certain to step up on that form and is deserving of her lofty position in the market.

Magical Poppet is next in at 4-1. She was prominent from the outset last week and proved a tough nut to crack before finishing second to Priceless On Ice. Droopys Comrade displayed some of his old form in defeat and is next in at 5-1, with Ashmar Una available at 6-1 to follow up her fast-finishing semi-final success. Tooreen Rose is the rank outsider of the field at 25-1.
