After a sensational semi final victory, Razldazl Curtis followed up in the final of the €1,000 Retired Greyhound Trust A3 575 at Shelbourne Park on Friday evening.

The Neilus O’Connell trained son of Makeshift and Razldazl Pru, after a quick exit from three, quickly moved clear to seize control.

Bogger Megan and Roxholme Socks gave chase throughout but neither could bridge the gap to Razldaz Curtis. Owned by Juergen and Heike Stankewitz, Razldazl Curtis raced right to the line to emerge a facile six length scorer over Bogger Megan in 31.20.

A little earlier on the card both Wayward Teeshot and Generous Energy made virtually all to win their respective semi-finals of the Talking Dogs Online TV A2 525.

Wayward Teeshot quickly moved to the front for Murt Leahy and the Partridge Family Syndicate in the opening heat.

The son of Droopys Sydney and Droopys Elegance displayed fine early zip to take charge before the turn and he was never headed thereafter. Blastoff Harry initially gave chase but he could make no impression. Instead, Hold Fire Now stayed on well to grab second but there was no stopping Wayward Teeshot as galloped right to the line to score by two lengths in 28.76. Hold Fire Now had a neck to spare over Blastoff Harry.

The second heat was won in similar style by Generous Energy. Owned by the Eddie Hackett led Dream Killers, the son of Ballymac Matt and Overtwoher displayed good early dash to lead his rivals into the back straight.

Jet Stream Debit emerged from the pack as the big threat in the second half of the contest but Generous Energy had no intention of allowing his lead to slip. Jet Stream debit stayed on strongly but Generous Energy raced right to the line to win by a length in 28.88. Double Time was another three and a half lengths away in third.
